Modeled in Rhino, MatrixGold and 3Design. Every category from rings to matching sets; wall thickness, stone seats and prong allowance to production tolerance.

Every model here is Emre Aydoğdu's own work. Real three-dimensional files, not renders. Click a piece to open it in 3D. Turn it to any angle and move in close: the setting, the stone seat, the shoulder work.

Most modelers hand over the file and the rest is on you. Here the file leaves accounting for what happens in wax printing and casting.
A photo, a hand drawing or the piece in your hand. Whichever you have, we start there.
Wall thickness, stone seats and prong allowance set to production tolerance. The model is built around what it has to survive in casting and setting.
Support allowance, wall thickness and print orientation set so the machine does not choke. 27 years around WaxJet and ProJet 3500 pay off at this step: no second attempt.
3DM, STL and render. Setting allowances in place, ready to cast.

Graduate of Mersin University, Applied Jewelry Technology. I started as an apprentice at Handan Keltek, spent four years at Orion Jewellery Diamond, then Altınışık Jewellery, Arman Güllükoğlu Atelier and Kamil Kuyumculuk.
I work across every category: rings, earrings, bracelets, bangles, pendants and matching sets. What I make is a manufacturable technical model. Not organic sculpting, but a piece that can be cast and set.
